AWAKEN is a ministry started in 2011 by Apostle Michelle Morrison. It began as a Joel 2 prayer and fasting movement over the Wall Street area of NYC and has emerged into an international prayer and fasting movement as well as a movement to reclaim the 7 Mountains of our culture for Jesus.

LOWER MANHATTAN IMPACT!
From 2011 onward Apostle Michelle Morrison held AWAKEN outdoor prayer and fasting outreach efforts to the Wall Street area of NYC, crying out for people to come back to God so that our economy could be restored. We saw many pray and fast with us corporately, and as a result God did amazing things such as to avert Hurricane Irene and to avert a potential terrorist attack in September of 2011. God shook lower Manhattan as we saw the Occupy Wall Street movement spring up right in the midst of our prayers!
